NOTD - Barry M Kingsland Road

 

Kingsland Road is part of the Barry M Textured Nail Effects range and you can pick them up in Superdrug or Boots for only £3.99. 

Kingsland Road is a lovely summery pale pink and great now that the weather is getting that little bit nicer. It took 3 coats to get the effect that I wanted but you could probably get away with only 2. I was a little unsure of the way the polished look with the textured finish but after wearing it for a few days I grew to like it. It lasted well on my nails and I would probably buy a few of the other colours in the range as they are nice pastel shades!

NOTD - Barry M Prickly Pear

 

 Prickly pear is part of Barry M's Gelly collection and I am really glad I picked it up! It is a gorgeous pastel purple which is perfect for spring (whenever it finally decides to show up!).

I needed to use 2 coats to get it opaque and it lasted well on my nails. I love the finish that you get with this polish as well as I love shiny nails! 

Overall I really like this polish and I would definitely like some more from the collection!! 

My Lipstick Collection and Swatches

Today I thought I would share with you my ever growing collection of lipsticks!

I do have a couple others that I seem to have lost!

Up until about a year ago I was very much a lipgloss girl and thought that lipsticks were for old ladies and owned none. What a difference a year can make! I now have some what of a lipstick obsession. I do still wear my lipglosses now and again but I am now a convert lipstick lover!

NOTD - Barry M Instant Nail Effects!

I know you've seen so many posts with this nail polish but it's just so amazing I had to show you my NOTD!

I used a gold polish that I picked up at poundland which for £1 is really really good! Then I obviously added the Barry M Instant Nail Effect polish on top. I think it looks great and I was complimented on my nails while I was at work by a customer.
