NOTD - Nails Inc London

This polish is from one of the collections that Nails Inc did with Coke a few years ago. The formula is amazing as with all Nails Inc polishes and you only need one coat to get an opaque finish. I love how long lasting these polishes are as well and wearing it makes me wish I owned more Nails Inc polishes. Maybe some investment is needed.
Any colours you would recommend??

Dainty Doll - You Are My Sunshine Blusher

I got this blusher a couple of months ago off the Fragrance Direct website at the bargain price of only £1.99 and it fast became a firm favourite in my everyday make up routine. The colour is a gorgeous peachy shade with a golden shimmer running through it and I feel it would suit most skin tones. The colour is very build-able so perfect for during the day but add a little more and is great for a night out! One thing that did impress me about this blush is how long it lasts, I can put it on first thing in the morning and still remove the exact same amount at night when I take my make up off. The gold in it does transfer quite easily though but this doesn't take anything away from the base colour.

The product is super dense and I get absolutely no fall out at all when using it which makes it even better value for money as it is going to last me a very long time! The packaging is also very classic and sturdy, it has a good sized mirror inside so great for taking in your make up bag. Overall I think this is a great product and I love it! I will definitely be getting some of the other colours in the range if they are still available once my Project 10 Pan is over!

My First Ever Yankee Purchases!

I know it's sad but I have to admit... I got a little bit excited when I stumbled upon a selection of Yankee Candles in my local Asda! I decided to treat myself to a couple of wax tarts seen as I have just got a new burner and they were only £1 each so you can't really go wrong can you!?!

Vanilla Frosting is really strong and sweet smelling. I can often smell this in my front room even when I am not burning it!

Soft cotton is a much more subtle smell. It is a very clean and fresh smell which is great for everyday use.

I have really liked using these so I think I will definitely be going out to get some more when these are done! Anyone got any recommendations of what ones I should get??

Amie Petal Perfect 2 in 1 Cleanser & Toner

I have been using the Amie Petal Perfect 2 in 1 Cleanser and Toner for a few weeks now and I am really pleased with it. It works great at removing all traces of my make up and leaves my skin feeling lovely and clean. I also think it has a lovely fresh, clean smell to it.
It is packed with natural ingredients such as French rose petal, orange blossom, witch hazel, raspberry and apple. It is also alcohol and oil free so it is great for your skin!
Being a 2 in 1 cleanser and toner means that it makes my skincare routine that little bit quicker as I can miss out my usual toner step. I did find that the formula was a little bit runny and I would have liked it to be a tiny bit thicker.
Apart from that though I think this is a great product!

W7 Go West Lipstick in Pink Tease

Pink Tease* is a gorgeous rose toned pink lipstick from W7's Go West collection, which I have been loving the past week! The formula is really creamy and applies so easily leaving a matte finish that doesn't dry my lips at all. The colour is really build-able so it is perfect for everyday and then you can layer it up for a more night time look.
The packaging is very sleek looking, plain black with bright pink writing and a swatch of colour on the bottom. One thing I did find though was that the swatch on the bottom didn't really match the colour of the lipstick inside, it was slightly lighter than the lipstick was in real life.
Overall I think this is a great lipstick especially for the price and once my P10P is over I will be getting some more! I found it on Fragrance Direct here for only £1.99!

NOTD - Barry M Kingsland Road

Kingsland Road is part of the Barry M Textured Nail Effects range and you can pick them up in Superdrug or Boots for only £3.99.
Kingsland Road is a lovely summery pale pink and great now that the weather is getting that little bit nicer. It took 3 coats to get the effect that I wanted but you could probably get away with only 2. I was a little unsure of the way the polished look with the textured finish but after wearing it for a few days I grew to like it. It lasted well on my nails and I would probably buy a few of the other colours in the range as they are nice pastel shades!

Review - Nair Silky Sensations Pomegranate and Soy

I know hair removal is not the most glamorous of subjects to talk about but I have found a product that is making the boring task a little more pleasant, Nair Silky Sensation Pomegranate and Soy.
I haven't used hair removal creams in a long time because any time I have used them in the past I always felt that they never really left my legs all that smooth, so when I tried Nair Silky Sensation I wasn't holding out much hope. I am pleased to say though that I was very pleasantly surprised!
It is incredibly easy to apply, you simply put the cream onto your legs, wait 3 minutes and then wipe of with a cloth, you couldn't get much simpler. I did leave the cream on for slightly longer than that but it does say not to leave it on longer than 10 minutes, which I didn't. After wiping the cream off and giving my legs a quick rinse in the shower I was amazed at how smooth and silky they felt. I was also really pleased with how long they stayed lovely and smooth. One thing I like about the product is way the cream looks in the bottle, its pale pink and cream swirls which blend together when you squeeze it out.
I was slightly disappointed in the smell of the product though. I was hoping that it would smell lovely and fruity seen as it has pomegranate and soy in it but unfortunately it had the same chemically, burnt hair smell that most hair removal creams. This didn't put me off though as the cream worked so well I could over look the few minutes of the horrible smell.
I received this cream as part of a beauty swap I did a while ago so I was unsure of the price of it and if it is still available to buy as I haven't seen it in any shops. But after having a look around on-line I have found it here on Amazon for £3.75 which I think is a great price for something that works so well.  I will definitely be getting some and also trying out some of Nair's other hair removal products!

NOTD - Essie Delicacy

Delicacy is the one and only polish I own from Essie but I have to say after wearing it I will definitely be purchasing some more! It is described as a sheer, shimmery soft pink but when I applied it, it looked slightly more white with a lilac shimmer to it than pink. I applied 3 coats to my nails and it was quite sheer but I think it still looked good. It applied really well and I really liked the formula.
I will definitely be getting some more colours, are there any you think I need in my collection??
