With the weather changing for the worse, the heating now needing to being on and the constant threat of getting a cold, Trilogy Everything Balm is my lifesaver! It is a solid balm that turns into an oil when you warm it in your hand and it can be used in so many ways! I mainly use it at night before I go to bed. I apply it to my legs, any dry patches of skin and on my lips and when I wake up in the morning I am all lovely and soft. I have been loaded with a cold the past few days so I have also been
using this round my nose at night to stop any dry skin from all my nose
blowing! You can also use it as a massage oil, on your cuticles, cracked heels, on sunburn and on any split ends to smooth them out, to name but a few! You only need a tiny bit of balm at a time so I think my tub may possibly last me forever!! Trilogy Everything Balm is a great all round product and is definitely a must have for winter!!

Review - Elegant Touch Pre Glued French Manicure Nails
I had never tried pre glued nails before as I was always a wee bit sceptical that they wouldn't stick on very well, but when I tried the Elegant Touch Make Me Blush nails I was pleasantly surprised! In the box you get 24 nails in 10 different sizes, a buffer and instructions. These were so easy to stick on, you simply press the fake nail on to the real nail and hold for couple seconds. Easy! Finding the right sized nail for each finger was a wee bit tricky though as it was very easy to stick the nails down accidentally, but any time I did they came off easily. The length of the nails was great as well, I was a little unsure at first as they were extra short, but they were perfect for everyday and didn't get in the way. The only other problem I had with the nails was that any time I ran my fingers through my hair, as the nails weren't completely flat against my real nails, they got caught in the glue on the nails. It just meant I had to stop fidgeting with my hair though which is never a bad thing! These nails last about 2 days, which I didn't think was too bad seen as they really got put to the test at work and I unfortunately had lots of dishes to do at home. These would be perfect for a night out, they are so fast and simple to put on and the colour is really natural! They were very easy to take off and left no damage to my nails. Next time I have a special occasion or night out coming up I will definitely be considering trying out some more pre glued nails!!

My Prairie Charms Haul
A couple of months ago I was contacted by a company called Prairie Charms and asked if I would like to take part in their Project Blogger. After having a look through the website I knew I had to place an order!
The first thing I love is the gorgeous packaging that my items came in! They dropped through the door in a very girly bright purple shiney envelope which I couldn't wait to rip open. Inside my items were all wrapped in matching tissue paper with a cute Prairie Charm sticker.
I ordered 3 items, the Leah Glitter Bow Band, Vivienne Knot Ties and the Kadie Bow.
I absolutely love the Vivienne Knot Ties!! Since getting these I have worn them nearly every day. I have to wear my hair up at work which normally means horrible kinks in my hair by the end of the day but thanks to these it is left kink free and breakage free!
The Leah Glitter Bow Band is great for adding bit of sparkle! I normally wear this with my hair in a pony so that it looks bit more exciting. I love the shades of purple that are used and think it would be great to jazz up a night time hair do!
The Kadie Bow is a gorgeous flowery bow with a clip to hold it in place. I love wearing this either with a bun or a half up/half down style. It makes an everyday bun look a little bit more special! Once this is clipped in it is really secure and stays in place all day.
I am really pleased with the items that I got from Prairie Charms, the quality is great and I think it is more than likely that I will be placing another cheeky wee order!

Haul - Yankee Candle Tarts Wax Melts
My boyfriend and I recently went to Ashford Designer Outlet to have a wee look round the shop and do some shopping! One of the shops that they have there is a Yankee Candle outlet and it would have been rude not to have a look and make a few wee purchases! Here's what I got....
"An intoxicating and masculine blend of musk, patchouli, sage and mahogany cologne"
These all smell amazing and I can't wait to burn them all!
I think I will be putting in a cheeky wee order from the website and get some more!
p.s. blogger seems to want to mess up the spacing in this post so I apologise for it being all over the place and having weird spacing!

Review - Smooch Inferno
When I first received Smooch's Inferno I was a little bit scared. I am not one for bright coloured lipsticks. I have always been a nude lips girl, through and through, so the thought of wearing an orange lipstick scared me slightly. But I thought I would give it a go, I have been wanting to become more adventurous and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to do it!
I am so glad I did!
I loved the way Inferno looked on, it is slightly more subtle on the lips than I thought it would be which made it really wearable. It is perfect for a daytime look but you can also layer it up and would be a great for a night out. Inferno applies really well, it glides on and didn't dry my lips out at all. The colour also lasted really well which I was really pleased with. Another thing about this brand that I love is the packaging, how cute is it!?! Anything with lace on it is a winner in my eyes!
Inferno is available here for £7.50. They also have an offer on where if you buy one lipstick you get another one half price! What better reason do you need to get a new lippie!

Recipe - Mars Bar Squares
Mars bar squares remind me of being wee.
I used to love getting them from a wee coffee shop around the corner from where I used to stay. So when I saw this recipe I knew I had to make them!
It's such an easy recipe and the end result is yum!!
Ingredients
4 mars bars
4 cups of rice crispies
4 oz of butter
200g of milk chocolate
Cut the mars bars and butter into chunks ready to be melted
Next melt them together, I melted mine in the microwave but you could do it over boiling water on the hob
Add the rice crispies a little at a time until they are all covered
Line a dish with greaseproof paper and then pour the mixture into it. Make sure you flatten it all down, getting right into the corners
Then put the mixture into the fridge for about an hour so it can harden
Once it has hardened melt the milk chocolate and pour it over the top, spreading it to get an even layer
Pop the whole lot back into the fridge and let the chocolate set
Cut into 12 squares and enjoy!!
These taste so yummy and have been a definite hit! I've got a feeling that I will be making (or being forced to make) some more of these once this batch has all gone!!

Where Have I Been??
I am sorry for the lack of posts recently and I just wanted to tell you all where I have been.
Over the past few months I have been suffering from some pretty horrible headaches. They have progressively been getting worse and it got to the point that I couldn't even stand to look at my laptop or even my phone at times as it was causing me so much pain. The other day though I had had enough and decided to go to the opticians to see if my headaches might be being caused by my eyesight.
It turns out they were!
I came out with 2 shiny new pairs of glasses that I now have to wear when reading, on the computer and when my eyes are feeling tired.
I am amazed at the difference wearing them has made! My headaches have dramatically reduced and I can now spend time on my laptop without feeling like someone has just hit me over the head with a big hammer!
I am still slowly getting used to wearing them but I really like them.
And you never know, they may even make me look a bit intelligent!

W7 Lash & Line Super Nova
I was offered the chance to try out W7's new Lash & Line and I have to admit I was a little intrigued! Lash & Line is a product that you can use to line your lashes as well as using it as a mascara. Before it arrived I couldn't figure out what it was going to look like but once I received it my curiosity was satisfied!
It has a regular plastic mascara wand but at the end of it is a thin little brush that is for lining you lashes! I love products that have more than one purpose and Lash & Line is no different! When using it as a mascara you get a nice even coating of glitter over your lashes which is perfect for a night out. As a liner you get a nice opaque line filled with glitter which could easily be worn during the day to add a little sparkle to your make up. It was a little tricky when applying the mascara at first not to get the liner part all over my cheek but with a little practice I got much better at it.
The one that I have tried out is Super Nova, a silver glitter, but it will be available in 6 different shades so there's plenty to try out! They will be available to buy from Xtras soon!

Nspa Peach Body Butter
As soon as I smelled this body butter I had to have it! Think Haribo peach sweets and you will know exactly what it smells like! So if you're not a fan of super sweet smells then this may not be for you, but if you are anything like me then you will love it!
Apart from smelling amazing this body butter is super nourishing. I apply it after my shower and it leaves my skin feeling lovely and soft and every now and again I got the faint whiff of peaches. It melts into the skin really well and doesn't leave me feeling sticky.
This is the first nspa body butter that I have tried but it is safe to say that after using this one I will definitely be trying some more!
These are currently £3 each or 2 for £4 in Asda

Pretty New Jewels from Primark
It was my friend birthday the other day and we we're going out to celebrate which can mean only one thing...shopping for a new outfit!
It wasn't going to be a dressy night so I wanted something smart casual but without spending too much money. After searching the stores for something nice, I decided to go for a plain top and jazz it up with some nice statement jewellery, which is when I saw this little beauty!
Isn't it pretty!?!?
It's from Primark's AW13 collection and I love the gorgeous pastel colours of the stones against the dark chain. For £4 it is an absolute bargain as well!
They have lots of gorgeous new pieces in the AW13 collection and I think it's safe to say I will definitely be back to pick up some more!

I'm Back!!
I finally have internet again!!
YAY!!!
It's felt like I have been cut off from the world the past month with no internet access so I am really glad to finally have it back and get back into my blog!
I have really missed it while I've not been able to get on-line so I am really looking forward to getting stuck back in and working on my blog. I have lots of posts lined up so hopefully you will enjoy them all and leave lots of lovely comments!
So thank you for sticking with me while I sorted out my internet!!!

Review - W7 Eye Lust Mascara
W7 Eye Lust Mascara is my current mascara of choice. It has a huge big chunky, dense brush which I know some people don't like but I love it. The brush is supposed to give volume to your lashes which I don't feel that it does. It does give good length to my lashes and seperates them well, which I really like. It is tricky to get the small lashes in the corners as the brush is so big but with some careful manovering it is possible!
Eye
Lust gives a great black colour that lasts really well thorough out the
day with very little transfer after a long 12 hour shift at work!
The W7 Eye Lust mascara is available here from Xtras for a only £2.99!

Pay Day Wish List #01
Clarins Palette Eclat / Clarins BB Skin Perfecting Cream / Topshop Blush in Head Over Heels
Bourjois Cream Blush in 02 / Paul & Joe Make Up Bag
I am really hoping that this post works with the tiny bit of internet that I seem to have managed to get!
It's the end of the month and that means one thing... Pay Day!!
If you are anything like me then you will spend the month drooling over lots of pretty things that you just can't have. But then when it gets to pay day and I actually have the money to treat myself I have forgotten what I wanted (brain like a sieve!) So this month I thought I would start a new feature where I can collect all the items that I have wanted through out the month and put them all together, so I hopefully won't forget and I am able to get myself a wee treat if the budget allows!

Please bare with me!!
I just wanted to write a quick post to explain where I have been. I have been having a few Internet problems which has meant I am not able to get any post up. If I want to use my Internet I currently have to balance my laptop at a funny angle in the corner of my living room. I am even writing this post on my phone hoping that I h e enough Internet left to get it posted. Hopefully the problem will be sorted soon and normal services can resume cause I have lots and lots I want to write about! I'm hoping that my Internet will get fixed in the next few days so until then I'm really sorry for the lack of posts and hope you will stay with me!

LUSH Butterball Bath Ballistic
Butterball is the first bath ballistic that I have tried from LUSH, after receiving it as part of a gift set and I am pleased to say I was not disappointed. Butterball has been designed to be super moisturising, doing all the hard work for you while you lay back and relax in your bath. It has a lovely vanilla fragrance that isn't too overpowering and is packed with lots of lovely cocoa butter to leave you all nice a soft.
I definitely noticed how soft my skin felt after I had gotten out the bath after using this. I was pleasantly surprised the next day as well to feel that my skin was still just as soft as it had been when I got out the bath.
Butterball is priced at £2.45 each and I think that it a great treat for a little bath time relaxing!

Review - JLS Kiss Perfume
Now I know this perfume has been out for quite a while now but I wanted to post about it because I am absolutley loving it right now and it has fast become one of my favourite perfume.
I picked this up a couple weeks ago in my local Asda for only £10!! Which is an absolute bargain for 60ml of perfume! It was part of a gift set so it came with a body lotion but I haven't used that yet.
As soon as I smelled the tester I knew it reminded me of something else but I couldn't quite put my finger on what it was. Then it clicked. I think it smells just like Soap and Glory products which is one of my favourite smells so I knew I had to have it!
I like the design of the bottle, it is very simple and plain with JLS embossed on the side and a single silver star. Another thing I like about the bottle is that the lid is magnetic. I think this is a great idea as I am forever losing the lids off my perfumes but this makes it really secure and is something I've not seen before.
I will definitely be repurchasing this perfume when it runs out, especially if I can get it at that bargain price again!

Project 10 Pan Update
It's been about a month and a half now since I started my Project 10 Pan so I thought it was about time I gave you all a wee update!
So far I have managed to completely use up 2 items.
First finished was my Bourjois 1,2,3 foundation which I loved! I liked the coverage that this foundation gave me and it was great for everyday use.
I have also finished my Max Factor False Lash Effect Fusion mascara. This is another everyday product for me, it gave great length and volume to my lashes.
I would definitely repurchase both these products once my P10P is over.
I am also on my way to finishing off another couple of products so I will hopefully have a few more to show you in my next update post!
Is any one else doing a Project 10 Pan?? How are you getting on??

NOTD - Nails Inc London
This polish is from one of the collections that Nails Inc did with Coke a few years ago. The formula is amazing as with all Nails Inc polishes and you only need one coat to get an opaque finish. I love how long lasting these polishes are as well and wearing it makes me wish I owned more Nails Inc polishes. Maybe some investment is needed.
Any colours you would recommend??

Dainty Doll - You Are My Sunshine Blusher
I got this blusher a couple of months ago off the Fragrance Direct website at the bargain price of only £1.99 and it fast became a firm favourite in my everyday make up routine. The colour is a gorgeous peachy shade with a golden shimmer running through it and I feel it would suit most skin tones. The colour is very build-able so perfect for during the day but add a little more and is great for a night out! One thing that did impress me about this blush is how long it lasts, I can put it on first thing in the morning and still remove the exact same amount at night when I take my make up off. The gold in it does transfer quite easily though but this doesn't take anything away from the base colour.
The product is super dense and I get absolutely no fall out at all when using it which makes it even better value for money as it is going to last me a very long time! The packaging is also very classic and sturdy, it has a good sized mirror inside so great for taking in your make up bag. Overall I think this is a great product and I love it! I will definitely be getting some of the other colours in the range if they are still available once my Project 10 Pan is over!

My First Ever Yankee Purchases!
I know it's sad but I have to admit... I got a little bit excited when I stumbled upon a selection of Yankee Candles in my local Asda! I decided to treat myself to a couple of wax tarts seen as I have just got a new burner and they were only £1 each so you can't really go wrong can you!?!
Vanilla Frosting is really strong and sweet smelling. I can often smell this in my front room even when I am not burning it!
Soft cotton is a much more subtle smell. It is a very clean and fresh smell which is great for everyday use.
I have really liked using these so I think I will definitely be going out to get some more when these are done! Anyone got any recommendations of what ones I should get??
